Yes in order to list your products for selling on the site you need to create a seller account and buy a subscription plan

Our platform lets you create  a Seller listing with details of your business and products you want to sell. Choose the category your business is associated with and the regions.

If there are multiple categories then create individual listing for each category for better coordination and scheduling with your clients.You can make the changes in your own secure dashboard.

All details and contents are created by the Seller through the Seller’s interface , where you can log in and change any details, list products , payments , add special promotions ,events etc for your customers and much more.

We will help you if you need any support for the same.

Each Subscription Plan is valid for one year. It mentions the number of categories and products that can be listed  for each plan

We charge 5% on the total value of each order

The amount will be credited every 15 days after confirmation from customer they have received their order. It will be through bank transfer or PayPal

While you can sell any Healthcare and Medical products , maintaining the safety of our community is a responsibility we take very seriously.

You cannot sell drugs or pharmaceuticals. 

Before listing your item, make sure it is allowed and find out if there are specific rules and conditions on how it should be listed.

Sellers also need to make sure that the sale of their item complies with all laws in the respective country.

Make sure your listing follows the  guidelines strictly. If it doesn’t, it will be removed, and you may be subject to a range of other actions, including restrictions of your buying and selling privileges and suspension of your account.

Selling counterfeit and banned products will make you face legal action.

For Customers

Yes. In order to buy any item, you must have an account

Go to ‘Sign up | Login’ link at top right menu, fill out all fields and click in ‘Create Account’

If you attempt to access your account and type in an incorrect password 5 times the account will lock for 1 hour. This is for security reasons.

If you forget your password, please click on the ‘Forgot your Password?’ link  on the login page. The password recovery email will be sent to the email address provided from your Contact Information.

The email will contain a link which will redirect the user to the ‘Manage Account’ section, where the password can be updated.

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club , PayPal etc

Yes you can do the necessary changes after logging in to your account and do the editing.

The shipping fee is mentioned in the product description or at product check out

When placing the order, a day of shipment is indicated. After the order has been placed, the same delivery time will also be stated on the order confirmation.

All customers will receive a unique tracking number by email that they can use to track their consignment. You will be updated by email and text messages on the status by the Seller

Each  Seller have their own refunds policy that will be listed along with the product description

We will issue a full refund if your item is never shipped, is damaged, or arrives not as described

Buying on  Africa Health Plus is safe. Payments are released to the Seller only after you send us a confirmation that  you’ve received your item in good condition as per your order.

After the item is delivered, you have 3 days to open a dispute if your item is not as advertised.

The order becomes nonrefundable as soon as you have approved the sale or 72 hours after the item has arrived at your address– whichever comes first. The order also becomes non-refundable once the item has been used.

In case of non delivery we will refund the amount back to the customer within 30 days.

Each Seller have their own policies that will be indicated in the product description.  

Buyer and Seller protection is our top priority. We can only offer Buyer and Seller Protection if you keep the transaction and all communications related to the transaction on Africa Health Plus . So please keep all negotiations, sales, purchases, and swaps on Africa Health Plus

No , We do not share customer information with any third parties .We use your Contact Data primarily to contact you when necessary, including to remind you of upcoming or special offers

We may share information with governmental agencies or other investigation agencies that help us in fraud detection or prevention. We may do so when it is permitted or required by law, protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud , unauthorized transactions , any investigating fraud that has already taken place or respond to claims that any posting or other content violates the rights of third-parties.

Subscription Boxes are from Global Subscription Boxes vendors and they are delivered globally.

You have to contact the vendor directly for any issues and we are not responsible since they are third party providers
