Africa Health Plus (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our website (www.africahealthplus.com) if such claims are reported to our designated DMCA Agent.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that any content appearing on our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA notice with the following information:

Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that the content removed (or disabled) as a result of a DMCA takedown notice is not infringing, or that you have the right to post and use such content, you may send us a counter-notification with the following information:

1. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
2. A description of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before it was removed.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, or if outside the U.S., that you consent to jurisdiction in any district where we are located.
5. Your physical or electronic signature.

We will forward your counter-notice to the original complaining party. If we do not receive notice of a lawsuit within 10 business days, we may restore the removed content.

Repeat Infringers

Africa Health Plus reserves the right to terminate user accounts or block access to the platform of any user who is found to be a repeat infringer of copyrights.
