• We do not own or stock most products listed.
• Each vendor sets their own refund and return terms.

📜 2. Vendor-Specific Refunds

• Refund eligibility, timelines, and conditions differ from one vendor to another.
• Some vendors allow easy returns, others may have stricter rules.
• By placing an order, you agree to that vendor’s policy.

📍 Example:

• Vendor A: 14-day return window for unopened products.
• Vendor B: No returns on consumables or personal-use devices.

💬 3. How to Request a Refund

1. Log in to your Africa Health Plus account.
2. Go to My Orders → select your order.
3. Click Contact Vendor and submit your refund/return request.
4. Provide:

• Order ID
• Reason for refund
• Photos/videos (if damaged, defective, or incorrect)

⏱ Vendors usually respond within 2–5 business days (varies per policy).

🚫 4. Non-Refundable Items

Due to health and safety regulations, some products are typically non-returnable:

• Personal medical devices (thermometers, blood pressure monitors, etc.)
• Consumables (supplements, syringes, test strips)
• Hygiene-sensitive goods (masks, wound care products)
• Products marked “Non-Returnable” in the listing

If you cannot resolve the matter directly with the vendor:

• Contact Africa Health Plus Customer Support.
• Provide all details and proof of communication with the vendor.
• We can facilitate communication and ensure the vendor follows their stated policy.
• We cannot override vendor-specific rules.

• Refunds are issued through the original payment method.
• Timeframe: Processing time may vary
• Vendor approval: 2–7 business days
• Bank/Payment processing: 3–10 business days
